Around Swansea & The Gower Peninsular

I liked your ‘addiction poem’ . It rings true and resonates. Although I was never a heavy coffee drinker, I have recently found that even I cup can give me ‘flutters’ in the chest. I have been diagnosed with a/f as of yesterday so your poem
carries ‘extra’ force as I read it again today. I had purchased a small ‘mocha’ pot after reading an evocative passage from a book by ‘Amor Towles’ and had enjoyed the ‘ritual’ and the taste. I have never been able to give up an addiction voluntarily ( I thought I was going to die when I attempted to smoke my last actual cigarette). Your victory over caffeine is a signpost to a great success.
Bump Bump Bump – depicts A.F. Hope its contollable ?
As for coffee – Big Fail – Can’t do No Alcohol & No Coffee – It Aint a dress rehearsal so coffee is on the menu every day 🙂
Very interesting !
I like your pictures, your poetry & the walks. Evokes interesting ‘rambles’
I noted the poetry style variant between 2 rhymes per block/verse and 3 or more. I was staggered by the power of the ‘changes of mood and pace’ that a poem’s structure can make.
I am lucky enough to have a decent camera courtesy of Forever Friend and a ‘lucky eye’.
They don’t lose their appeal to me when expanded. I particularly enjoyed photographing Dolphins off Ramsey and the Seal being ‘nosey’. ALl purely random as is the poetry 🙂
