Moylgrove to Poppit Sands

I know what to expect on the climb out of Ceibwr as I’ve been here before and seeing it again is great because it’s a lovely spot.

Its grey and a little blustery, however the forecast remains dry , but I’m not so confident its going to remain that way.

The coast; approaching from this side is deeply etched !

The wind is increasing and I’m finding it hard going and a little scary. On a couple of occasions I had to rest and shelter too as it was so strong. Good old stone walls provide great cover once on “one’s bottom” and below ceiling height!

As I came round in view of Poppitt sands I knew I had completed one of the toughest legs of this whole venture so far. I was cream-crackered.

Unfortunatley a very grey and blustery day didn’t avail me of many pictures. Nevertheless I have headed round the ‘top corner’ and next week will hopefully finish Pembrokeshire as I pass St Dogmaels and through Cardigan to “Gwbert”
