Another Hillside to walk ‘around’ on this one

Penmaenmawr to Morfa Aber

Morfa Aber Nature Reserve is on the coast North of the village of Abergwyngregyn. I know this from my planning. But very happily I don’t need the busses at all this week. Hoorah 🙂

Its Thursday after having a breather to look around Anglesey yersterday – Wednesday 9 April; today 10 April I am heading for ‘Morfa Aber Nature Reserve which will leave me in reach of Bangor for my final walk of the week tomorrow.

It is a beautiful spot with room in the car park for 20 or so vehicles. It is touched by woodland and a ‘spit’ from the water’s Edge.

Back at Penmaenmawr the walk start, it’s yet another gorgeously sunny day. Having walked out of Penmaenmawr and climbed a little I look back at the week’s walking so far 🙂

I have come from somewhere on this horizon – most pleasing in 3 days
From the same crossing point I view Llanfairfechan in the distance

Crossing the expressway again I see the ‘past’ and the ‘future’, Penmaenmawr & Llanfairfechan.

I am soon in the village of Llanfairfechan eliciting phone calls from my ‘following’ parties as I am supposedly ‘off route’ !

Yes it seems I have walked away from the coast by entering the village but…

The village is the junction of two routes; the coastal version and the overland version. I am doing the coastal version but the junction is in the village. Having arrived at that point I turn right heading back toward the coast (as Plotted) and all is well.

I am ‘back at sea’ again and stop for refreshment with this view from the cafe table.

Moving on ….

A mile or so Westward from Llanfairfechan – looking back
‘Penmon Lighthous N.E. Corner of Anglesey (Telephoto Lens from Llanfairfechan)

As the ‘Telephoto’ was still attached a ‘shot’ through the trees ?

As I reach my destination for today I see this ‘invite’ for the Walkers amongst us to do a circular, along the coast and around to Abergwyngregn and back here to ‘Morfa Aber’ nature reserve.

Anyone for a ‘stroll’ ?
